Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our games are manufactured and shipped internationally, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental orders.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your game arrives damaged during transit or has a major manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@yanceyintl.com within 14 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or components.
We will ship you a replacement copy or missing components entirely at our expense. You do not need to ship the damaged game back to us.
